At Oryza, meaning “rice” in latin, we put our own spin on tradition and delve into the versatility of rice. We utilize it in a variety of ways such as infusions, side dishes, milks, meals and alcohol from countries all over the world. Our natural food dyes are used throughout the menu to give the food a unique vibrancy as well as extra flavor and is safe to eat! Molds used to shape rice are highlighted in our logo to show the duality rice has in many different cultures. The color palette derived from our natural food dyes adds an authentic vibrancy to the brand.
